Most anyone that’s from Nellysford in Nelson County probably knows Lydia Holman. But today she’s being know as much more than just a Nelson County native. “When I’m acting, I’m playing a character,” said Lydia. “But when I’m modeling it’s me.” Lydia summed it up during an interview with our writer Jennie T. Williams in our January 2015 story.

Lydia Holman’s lifegoal is to have a show on HGTV. Her classes at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) will certainly help her get there, but her modeling pays some of the bills in the meantime. The 2014 Nelson County High School graduate is just a freshman at SCAD (studying Interior Design with a minor in Acting in Front of the Camera), but has already been a favorite of the fashion students.
