Members of several grass roots organizations opposing the pipeline project were in attendance at Tuesday’s meeting. Marion Kanour, founder of Free Nelson, seen in this recent news story by CBS-19 spoke to the board and is organizing training sessions with residents that want to learn how to peacefully oppose and delay any survey attempts by Dominion.
