When you mix Barefoot Bucha in wine barrels from Veritas and Pollak, then brew it up, you end up with one very special belgian style beer.” Although it has been done before a few other times in the world I believe this is a first for Virginia,” said Danny Wolf, the brewmaster at Wild Wolf Brewing in Nellysford.

“This is our second anniversary beer, brewed in the belgian style, and with honey, it should ready in less than a month,” Danny adds.
