With temps approaching the 90 degree mark Tuesday afternoon the perfect scenario was set for severe weather to break out. And that it did! Numerous trees are reported down across Nelson Country and in adjoining counties as well.
As of 4:50 PM Tuesday afternoon just under 7000 customers were without power due to the severe storms. Click the image above to see the latest updates from CVEC.
