* WHERE...In Maryland, Washington County. In Virginia, Warren
  and Clarke Counties, and Northern Virginia Blue Ridge and
  Central Virginia Blue Ridge. In West Virginia, Berkeley and
  Jefferson Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 10 AM EDT Saturday.
