  1. I saw the very large tractor trailer come up Reeds Gap Monday night with the equipment. A lead truck came ahead of the tractor trailer. This is the second tractor trailer I have witness using Reeds Gap, the other one is where the logging is taking place on 664 just above the gatehouse.
