* WINDS…SOUTHWEST WINDS 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH AT
HIGHER ELEVATIONS LATE THIS AFTERNOON…SHIFTING TO NORTHWEST
AND GUSTS INCREASING TO 60 MPH IN THE EVENING.

* IMPACTS…DOWNED TREES AND POWERLINES MAY RESULT IN POWER
