Another Snow Day , A Full Moon, And Winter Storm Warning! : 2.2.10

For the 2nd day this week many area schools, including Nelson Public Schools, are closed or at a minimum operating on a delayed schedule due to snow still on some secondary roads. Now, more wintry weather is in the mix later today as another winter system may drop as much as 3-6 inches snow by late tonight. A Winter Storm Warning was issued just after noon Tuesday and continues until 4AM Wednesday.

Skies started out clear Monday night, but turned cloudy by Tuesday morning. And yes, the groundhog saw his shadow today (go figure!) so six more weeks of winter! No surprise there!
