What a grand view in the shot Paul Purpura took from above Upper Cliffhanger at Wintergreen Resort. The skies were clear and sunny as the week ends Expect that to continue through Saturday night. If you look carefully in the photo Paul shot, you can see the Rockfish Valley in the background on the right hand side, where things are already greening up in comparison to the higher elevations. Also, don’t forget tonight’s Spring Garden Party being held on the grounds at Wintergreen Winery in Beech Grove just outside of Nellysford, Virginia. That’s tonight starting at 6:30 PM. The event benefits the Rural Health Outreach Program, which is a branch of The Blue Ridge Medical Center. Nelson County Life Magazine’s Tommy Stafford will be the emcee and auctioneer for the event that is guaranteed to be a fantastic time and raise money for a great cause.
