accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations between a glaze
up to one tenth of an inch.
* WHERE…Portions of DC, central, northeast, northern, and southern
Maryland, and central, northern, and northwest Virginia.
* WHEN…From 9 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
