Not long ago the much talked about roundabout opened to traffic at the intersection of 250 & 151.
There’s now serious discussion of another roundabout being located at Route 6E (River Road) and Route 151 at Martins Store. That’s the intersection where the CVEC substation is just west of 151.
Yvette Stafford, who was one of the founders and publishers of our print publication back in 2005, discovered the information. She’s done an entire post about it in her Substack Real Estate newsletter, Nelsonian.

A Corridor Improvement study will be formally presented to the Nelson County Board of Supervisors at their February meeting on February 14th.
