* WHAT...Snow and freezing rain expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 1 to 2 inches and ice accumulations of up to
  one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Northern Virginia Blue Ridge and Central Virginia Blue
  Ridge.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 1 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the morning commute.

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
