...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH
TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
  accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of
  around three tenths of an inch possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and western Virginia and eastern
  West Virginia.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the
  ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the evening commute Monday as well as
  the morning commute Tuesday.

  expected. Ice accumulation from freezing rain around or
  greater than one-quarter of an inch is possible in addition to
  the possibility of snow and sleet accumulation.

* WHERE...Portions of western Maryland, the northern Shenandoah
  Valley, the Potomac Highlands of West Virginia, and the
  northern Virginia Blue Ridge Mountains.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday afternoon.
