As we first reported Thursday night, a fire that broke out on the grounds of Wood Ridge Farm Brewery destroying some outbuildings but not the actual brewery structure.
“The brewery, malt house and farm house were untouched.”
According to a post Friday morning on the brewery’s Facebook page.
High winds fanned the flames around and made the job even more difficult. Our BRL-Ski Barn WeatherNow station was measuring gusts as high as 65 MPH on Thursday. But in spite of the breezy conditions, fire departments were able to get the blaze under control in a relatively short time.
