Late Friday evening BRL learned of the National Park Service’s intent to vacate the Atlantic Coast Pipeline’s permit that would cross the Blue Ridge Parkway. Earlier in the week the NPS
“explained that upon the court granting the request the agency will vacate the previously permit for the ACP to cross BRP.”
