As Tommy discussed in his Monday weather outlook severe storms moved across the region Monday afternoon. Some of the storms were powerful enough to bring down trees and cut power to many thousands of customers.

While more storms are expected on Tuesday, the brunt of severe weather looks to be to our north. Regardless a soggy week is ahead with plenty of chances for rain right into the weekend.
