Snow has ended across the foothills and piedmont of Virginia.
Melted snow will refreeze overnight as temperatures drop below
freezing. Be prepared for areas of black ice overnight and during

western upslope areas tonight into Wednesday morning…
Low pressure off the South Carolina coast will deepen this
evening and lift northeast along the East Coast tonight into
Tuesday. Drier air is moving into western areas tonight, however
northwest flow will create upslope mountain snow showers.
