If you enjoy a crisp rosé, you may like Bold Rock Hard Cider’s latest seasonal offering.
It’s official shelf splash is February 5, but Chief Cidermaker Ian Niblock gave us a sneak sip of the fruit-forward beverage. Released at the Cidery’s Nellysford Barrel Barn — an intimate cider lab-of-sorts — Ian says the Bold Rock Rosé stands to be a palette pleaser.
“Taking inspiration from wine has afforded us a lot of flexibility in the craft cider world, and with Rosé we’ve created a versatile cider that will please both our core enthusiasts and those that enjoy light, refreshing style of wine,” he said.
