INTO THIS EVENING. AVERAGE RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 1 INCH ARE
EXPECTED WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES
POSSIBLE. THESE AMOUNTS COMBINED WITH ALREADY WET CONDITIONS
