Nelson County, Virginia
For the first time of the 2014-15 winter season the Central Virginia Blue Ridge finally saw accumulating snow in places other than the mountains. By early afternoon Monday a dusting of snow had fallen, and by nighttime around 3.25 inches of snow had accumulated in Lovingston and many other areas.

Winter Storm Warnings continue until Tuesday around noon with total accumulations of 6-10 inches expected.
