We’ve been telling you for several days that it looked like Wintergreen Resort would be open by the day after Thanksgiving. It happened and it was the first time ever they were able to get open by Thanksgiving weekend. Thanks to mother nature’s help with cold temps and an additional 6-8 inches of snow on Thanksgiving Eve, they were able to open on Friday.
Above our Hayley Osborne rides the Blue Ridge Express back up the slopes after grabbing some shots there on Friday for opening day.
