* WIND CHILL…ZERO TO FIVE BELOW ZERO.

* TEMPERATURES…TEENS TO LOWER 20S.

* WINDS…NORTHWEST INCREASING TO 20 TO 30 MPH BY DAYBREAK.
GUSTS 45 TO 50 MPH.

* IMPACTS…THE COMBINATION OF COLD TEMPERATURES AND STRONG
WINDS MAY CAUSE TO FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA. STRONG GUSTY WINDS WILL
ALSO LEAD TO BLOWING SNOW.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
