THIS EVENING. SNOW WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON
WITH SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR.
* TEMPERATURES…NEARLY STEADY IN THE LOWER 30S TODAY.
* WINDS…NORTHEAST 15 TO 25 MPH. GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH ESPECIALLY
DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

EVENING. THIS WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE PERIODS OF HEAVIER
SNOWFALL FROM THE GREENBRIER VALLEY EAST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
SHENANDOAH VALLEY TO PARTS OF THE NORTHERN BLUE RIDGE. IN
ADDITION…UPSLOPE SNOW SHOWERS IN THE WAKE OF THIS SYSTEM WILL
CAUSE ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL ACROSS THE HIGHER WESTERN
