They have quickly become a highly sought after event. The Beer Dinners at Blue Mountain Brewery! One is held for each season of the year. The summer version if that is upcoming on July 19th. We first told you about the dinners last fall in this post.
“First time Barrel House beers are included in the dinner. We will also be using about 90-95% local foods on our entire beer dinner menu including Duck from Free Union Grass Farm, AM FOG oyster mushrooms, Goodwin Creek Farms bread, Baurenwurst from The Rock Barn in Arrington, Peaches from Chiles, Watercress, Fingerling potatoes, watermelon from the Valley, Pork Ribs from Polyface Farms,” said Jessica Bullard with BMB.
The dinner will be hosted by Brew Master, Taylor Smack.
