“We love the idea of ‘agritourism’ where people can come to you and you get to share your farm with others,” said Kathy Tillman, who along with her husband, Shannon, and family runs Inglewood Lavender Farm.
Previously business owners of a different kind, and before that a sailor in the Navy and a stay-at-home mom to Caroline, Violet and Holden (now 15, 7, and 19 months, respectively), the Tillmans are excited to start their new lavender-infused adventure.
“I’m excited about – it’s going to be neat,” said Shannon. “We’ve been working so hard and it’s kind of like everything’s coming together now.”
