* PRECIPITATION TYPE…FREEZING RAIN AND AREAS OF FREEZING
DRIZZLE. RAIN AT THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.
* ACCUMULATIONS…ADDITIONAL ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF A TRACE TO A
COUPLE OF HUNDREDTHS…ESPECIALLY IN THE VALLEYS.
* TIMING…LINGERING FREEZING RAIN AND DRIZZLE WILL CHANGE OVER
TO RAIN IN THE VALLEYS BY THE EARLY AFTERNOON.
* TEMPERATURES…LOWER 30S IN THE VALLEYS TO MIDDLE AND UPPER 30S
ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN.
* WINDS…NORTHWEST UP TO 5 MPH.
* IMPACTS…SLIPPERY ROADS WILL MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS. LIGHT ICING
IN THE VALLEYS IS STILL POSSIBLE ON EXPOSED SURFACES…INCLUDING
TREES AND POWER LINES.
