Since 14 years old Brian Kidd has, more or less, been a fixture at Wintergreen True Value Hardware in Nellysford. Whether it’s a pipe fitting, batteries, refilling you propane tank, or whatever, Brian could tell you exactly where it was or how to do it! This past Friday the crew at Wintergreen Hardware held an informal good-bye lunch for Brian. He’s headed to his in-law’s farming operation in Tyro full-time. Brian married into the Seaman family years ago and has been splitting his time between the two businesses.
Not to worry says Brian, he’ll drop by on occasion to say hello to everyone, but admittedly, it won’t be exactly the same without Brian greeting everyone on their way in!
Also be looking for Brian on the Team Nelson Tough Mudder team next month at Wintergreen. Brian joined our team very early and will be competing with the other nearly 2 dozen members.
