A few days ago we told you about the the Grand Reopening of The Market (formerly Black Rock Market). This past Monday Wintergreen Resort unveiled The Edge Restaurant, newly renovated. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at the new look!
The menu has been totally revamped to focus on regional Southern dishes. They’ve kept the popular items, of course. But in addition to our renown burgers and wings, you’ll also find Stuffed Sweet Potato Skins, a fresh Catfish Po’ Boy, a Green Tomato BLT Panini, and Mountain Jambalaya. The face lift also includes newly renovated bathrooms featuring tiled walls and a granite top on the vanity.
Wintergreen says: “You’ll recognize the faces of our staff—they haven’t changed. But that’s about the only thing that hasn’t at the new Edge. Please join us soon to celebrate a whole new way to enjoy the views on the mountain!”
