Nelson County, Virginia
Light freezing rain and sleet moved into Nelson overnight Monday into early Tuesday morning leaving a coating of ice on just about everything in site. Up at Wintergreen roads became very hazardous late Monday night as freezing rain began sticking earlier there due to the colder temps.
Fortunately the next couple of days will be warmer, but the chance for another wintry mix looms later this week. More details as new information becomes available.
