As they say, “To appreciate where you are, you have to appreciate where you have been!” These photos show the co-owners of Blue Mountain Brewery back in late 2006 and 2007 months before their grand opening in October 2007 on this exact date 10.22.10.

“When we opened our doors in October of 2007 we employed just 7 people. (Blue Mountain’s kitchen was once staffed only one man.” Our kitchen now has 8 hard working members,” Mandi Smack, BMB’s co-owner & founder tells NCL.

“Today, Blue Mountain employs just over 35 people between the brewery and the restaurant. We’ve had some growing pains but we are over the hump and going full steam ahead,” Mandi continues.
