Nelson County, Virginia
A nice rain fell across Nelson on Wednesday and now we’ll see sunshine return with nice mild temps to boot! On the average most gauges picked up just over an inch of rain by noon Wednesday. Here at NCL in Greenfield the official reading was .69″

Very mild weather, almost spring like will return by Sunday with afternoon valley temps rising to the upper 70’s. But some cold weather overnight will arrive Thursday night with some temps flirting with frost. Overnight mountain lows will fall to the middle 30’s.
