The Valley Pastoral Counseling Center present a new yoga workshop! Saturdays 8:45 a.m – 10:15 a.m. (Oct. 2 – Nov. 20) at 300 Chestnut Ave. in Waynesboro. Iyengar (hatha) yoga class taught by certified instructor Shaaron Honeycutt.
$75/8 week session or $12/class. Any level of experience (including and especially beginners) are welcome!
