Just about anyone that’s dropped in Basic Necessities on a Friday night has met Sally Rose. But many don’t know about her musical side. At age 8 Sally started writing songs and around age 11 taught herself to play the guitar. Not long ago she was filling in for Pete Osborne who generally plays Friday nights at Basic. In the restaurant was someone from CBS-6 in Richmond. (WTVR) They suggested Sally some on-air in Richmond. She did that this past Monday morning with an appearance on Virginia This Morning.
