For the second year in a row, The Rockfish Valley Kite Flying Festival will be held this coming Saturday – April 10, 2010 beginning at 11AM. Last year’s inaugural festival was a huge success! This year’s will be even better!
The weather last year was cool and even rainy at times. This weekend’s weather is predicted to be sunny and mild with temps in the lower 60’s by early afternoon!
Nelson County Life Magazine is this year’s media sponsor at the event. The festival is put on by The Rockfish Valley Foundation and co-sponsored by The Richmond Air Force.
