There wasn’t a corner left to stand in Saturday night at Wintergreen Winery’s Wine & Cheese Pairing event. It’s one of several held during the winter months at the winery located at the base of the mountain on your way up to Wintergreen Resort.
Guests were presented with a guided informative tasting of each of the winery’s selected wines paired with domestic and imported artisanal cheeses.
Another wine & cheese pairing is scheduled at the winery on March 6, 2010, with their Wine, Chocolate & Roses Valentine Celebration slated for February 13 and 14th.

The Wine and Cheese pairing at Wintergreen Winery was a delightful. Jeff and Tamara Stone do a great job and are both very knowledgeable and entertaining. I would suggest this for a very enjoyable evening for any wine lover. Makes a great “Girls Night Out, Date Night,” or would be a nice atmosphere to meet new friends!
