AREAS…IN CENTRAL VIRGINIA…ALBEMARLE…GREENE…KING
GEORGE…NELSON…ORANGE AND SPOTSYLVANIA. IN NORTHERN
VIRGINIA…CULPEPER AND STAFFORD. IN NORTHWEST VIRGINIA…
MADISON.

* LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL CAN BE EXPECTED TODAY ASSOCIATED WITH
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS. ALTHOUGH ANY THUNDERSTORMS
WONT BRING GUSTY WINDS…THEY CAN BRING A QUICK INCH TO AN INCH
AND A HALF OF RAINFALL. RECENT RAINFALL HAS CREATED MOIST
GROUND. WITHOUT LEAVES ON THE TREES…THIS COULD LEAD TO
FLOODING…ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
