Sheriff Brooks says a 16 year old juvenile has also been charged with 5 different counts (two misdemeanors and 3 felonies) in connection with the burglaries. “The two were working in concert together,” Sheriff Brooks said Friday afternoon. Police says the pair cut the power and phone lines running into Tuckahoe and attempted to break in but were unsuccessful, but not before causing thousands of dollars in damage trying. The Afton Post Office was broken into earlier this year.

As of Friday evening, Fridley was in still in custody in the Middle River Regional Jail in Staunton.
