CENTRAL VIRGINIA AND NORTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA…
* THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON
* LOW PRESSURE OVER NORTH CAROLINA WILL MOVE ONTO THE DELMARVA
PENINSULA THIS AFTERNOON. RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH LATE
AFTERNOON BEFORE TAPERING OFF THIS EVENING. RAINFALL TOTALS OF 1
TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED.
* THE PERIOD OF HEAVIEST RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR THIS
MORNING INTO EARLY AFTERNOON. DUE TO RECENT RAINFALL…THE GROUND IS
ALREADY SATURATED AND LITTLE ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL BE NEEDED
TO PRODUCE FLOODING.
