Nelson County, Virginia

After years of planning, Margaret Clair saw her vision come true Saturday morning while kids played at Rockfish Valley Community Center. The playground Margaret envisioned years ago was officially dedicated this weekend. “It’s just fantastic and there are so many people that helped to make this a reality,” Margaret said in a brief, informal ribbon cutting ceremony behind RVCC. We have been following the playground’s progress here in earlier posts.

Margaret was also, jokingly, appointed the Construction Queen at Saturday's dedication.

Though many others helped make the playground a reality, Margaret Clair was the driving force and she is the reason RVCC now has the playground. Margaret, we thank you too for such a wonderful addition that will be enjoyed for generations to come! Excellent job!
