“I asked my daughter Catalina to come look at the numbers with me this morning to make sure I wasn’t seeing things.” That’s how Alain San Giorgio co-owner of The Meander Inn B & B and Four Season’s Realty started his Thursday morning. Earlier this week he bought a lottery ticket at Graves Grocery just south of Nellysford on Route 151, then discovering Thursday morning he had the winning numbers for $100,000.00!
“I got in my car and drove to Harrisonburg to pickup the check. It was a nice kind of surprise to get,” Alain continues.
The ticket is the largest winner sold thus far at Graves since the new owners took over within the past two years.
Alain, that lucky devil! Good for him.
