Bring $5 and your yoga mat.
(a basic level of physical fitness is helpful)
If you’re unable to pay the class fee, let me know and we’ll work out a trade. The class will be held at the Rockfish Valley Community Center in a lovely room off of the auditorium known as room number 5.
