“Get in the Spirit” with wine tasting, warm hospitality, a festive setting and good cheer! Wintergreen Winery will hold its Annual Holiday Open House on Thanksgiving weekend Friday, November 28th through Sunday, November 30th from 10am until 5pm each day.
Enjoy a complimentary tasting of each of their award winning wines including favorites of the holiday season: their hot mulled Mill Hill Apple wine and their decadent Raspberry dessert wine served with chocolate. In addition, they will be sampling and selling wonderful Edwards Virginia country ham, Wasabi Beemster, Sage Derby and other cheeses, Gunther’s gourmet salsas, Dulce de Leche caramel sauce and other selected items from their delicious assortment of gift foods. Begin your holiday shopping without the stress as you browse through their shop filled with unique gift ideas. There are no admission or tasting fees for the event.
Wintergreen Winery is surrounded by beautiful mountain views and is located approximately 35 minutes from Charlottesville in the Rockfish Valley of Nelson County near Wintergreen Resort and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
