We first told you about Wintergreen Resort firing up the snow making gear earlier this week, here. On Wednesday they started making snow in the tubing park. With continued cold temperatures up on the mountain, they were able to fire up the units over on Dobie Thursday night. (That’s the slope near the Mountain Inn and The Edge Restaurant)

The slops at Wintergreen are scheduled to open around December 12th, but with continued cold weather, maybe sooner!

The tubing park will be open by Friday of Thanksgiving Weekend on November 28th.
