Don’t forget the Crutchfield Electronics Recycling truck that will be at the RVCC this coming Saturday on September 6th from 9 AM to 3 PM. That’s the same day as the pancake breakfast. For this one day only, Crutchfield is waiving the normal small fee for you to get rid of most any electronics. Nelson County Life, The RVCC & Crutchfield have all teamed up to bring the truck to Nelson for this one special day. They tell me pretty much anything with a corded plug qualifies! Click on the Crutchfield image on the upper left of your screen under the cover photo to learn more.
5 Day Forecast Prediction For Hanna
We continue watching Hanna out in the Atlantic. She’s been going back and forth between a tropical storm and a hurricane over the past couple of days. Right now the track has Hanna coming ashore Friday morning somewhere around the NE part of Florida upward to near SC. That will be updated as we get closer to the weekend. Then over the next day or so Hanna should migrate northward over Virginia by Saturday morning. If that track continues, then we’ll have a pretty good shot at some more rain, some possibly heavy. But any slight variation in the course of the storm could change all of that.
There’s tons of other tropical activity taking place right now including several new disturbances out in the Atlantic. It’s probable that some other than Hanna will affect the U.S. in the coming days. You can see them all by clicking here.
The nice, but hot, weather continues until Friday when chances for thunderstorms associated with Hanna may arrive.
