As we’ve been telling you over the past several months, Nelson’s newest micro brewery is under construction and on track for opening later this year in the fall. This week was another key step in the construction phase as the huge custom beams were prepared and put in place at the brewery site at Route 664 & 151 on the way up to Wintergreen Resort.

Once completed this Fall, Devil’s Backbone Brewery and Restaurant, will join Blue Mountain Brewery that opened in the fall of 2007 in the north end of the county in Afton.
