Brothers Coffee to provide our customers and the community with locally roasted,
Fair Trade certified, organic coffees. Trager Brothers has recently opened up
a roastery right here in Lovingston.

freshest, environmentally sound coffee on the market. We believe in sourcing
coffee from farms that are committed to environmental sustainability and fair

with farms and collectives throughout the world.”
In addition to using Trager Brothers Coffee for all of our house pours
and espresso drinks, we are now offering a selection of whole bean coffees
(which may be ground upon request) for purchase. We can also order coffee for you
so that you may enjoy your coffee-of-choice within a day or two of when it’s
been roasted.
