A SNOW ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 6 PM EST
WEDNESDAY.

AN ALBERTA CLIPPER SYSTEM WILL CROSS THE MID ATLANTIC REGION
OVERNIGHT AND TOMORROW. SNOW WILL BEGIN AFTER MIDNIGHT ACROSS THE
POTOMAC HIGHLANDS…THE EXTREME EASTERN PANHANDLE OF WEST
VIRGINIA AND THE SHENANDOAH VALLEY AND SPREAD EASTWARD THROUGH
DAYBREAK. THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO BRING ONE TO THREE INCHES OF
SNOW TO THE POTOMAC HIGHLANDS AND ONE TO TWO INCHES FOR THE
SHENANDOAH VALLEY AND CHARLOTTESVILLE AREA.

A SNOW ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY
TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS AND
LIMITED VISIBILITIES…AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.
