Sunset @ Stoney Creek
Nellysford, Virginia
Our Nelson Outdoors writer, Christina Kline, caught this ending to a great day along the course at Stoney Creek in the Valley. The weekend was about as perfect as it gets. Mild sunny days and cool nights, pleasant enough to leave the windows up.
Monday will continue to be mild with a slight chance of isolated thunderstorms moving back in the forecast. By Tuesday humidity begins to increase across the area once again making it feel more like typical summer days vs those almost spring and fall days we had over the weekend. The remainder of the week has the threat of scattered thunderstorms each day with temperatures generally in the 80’s in the valley and 70’s mountains.
