Above a rescue ambulance from Montebello waits for crews to get the injured hiker out.
Rescue crews worked along the BRP Wednesday afternoon to get an injured hiker on the AT to safety. We have few details, but know they worked in the Three Ridges / Harper’s Creek area. Eventually the hiker was taken near Route 56 for transport. Our photographer Paul Purpura grabbed the shot above.
