Crews worked much of Friday morning to clear the area where a tractor trailer carrying large rolls of paper overturned. The Lovingston Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene throughout the morning. Just before 11AM Friday morning both lanes of US 29 had been reopened and Oak Ridge Road was expected to be fully open in the next hour or so.
